Campus Gate needed to introduce its residence before opening its doors. We created the brand and website, turned floor layouts into 2D plans and 3D images, and designed marketing materials that brought the same identity into the neighbourhood.

Campus Gate was preparing to offer premium student accommodation steps from the University of Toronto Scarborough. Spacious rooms, modern finishes, amenities, and convenient parking shaped the offering.
Before opening, the business needed a way to introduce the residence and build an interest list. Students and their families needed enough detail to understand the accommodation, compare their options, and decide whether to take the next step.

“Location gets a residence considered. The details help someone choose it.”
Campus Gate needed to communicate what the rooms offered, how the floors were arranged, and what made the residence worth considering. That information had to work together across the website, property visuals, and printed marketing.
Our task was to make the offering tangible and give interested visitors a straightforward way to register their interest.
We created a visual identity that reflected Campus Gate’s approach to student living: comfortable, considered, and modern.
Warm brown tones, soft gradients, and clean typography established the direction. Applied across the website and marketing materials, the identity gave the residence a consistent and recognisable presence.

We designed and developed a responsive website that introduced the residence and organised its key information into a clear journey.

Step 01
The opening sections brought together the residence’s location, accommodation, and amenities, helping visitors quickly understand what Campus Gate offered.
Step 02
Separate room options presented the differences in size, bathroom arrangements, and floor location alongside pricing. Links to floor plans added context to those comparisons.
Step 03
Location information placed the residence in the context of student life, highlighting proximity to campus and nearby places to eat, exercise, and spend time outdoors.
Step 04
Clear calls to action and an email signup gave visitors a simple way to stay informed ahead of opening. The page connected the information people needed with the action the business wanted to encourage.
We created two complementary views of the floors, starting with 2D drawings and then developing 3D renderings.
We designed SVG floor plans showing how each floor was laid out and how its spaces connected.
The drawings gave viewers a clear reference for understanding the arrangement. Their scalable format kept the plans sharp when enlarged.
We then created static 3D images of the layouts, adding depth and perspective to the same spaces.
These images helped translate the plans into a more tangible view of the floors. Together, the two formats made it easier to move from understanding the layout to imagining the space.
We extended the Campus Gate identity into billboard and sandwich-board designs.
Each format called for a different balance of information. Billboards needed a message that could register at a distance, while sandwich boards offered a closer introduction to the residence.
Consistent branding connected these materials with the website, giving Campus Gate a unified presence across its physical and digital marketing.

Campus Gate gained the brand, website, property visuals, and marketing materials to support its launch and leasing conversations.

We work in stages, so you're seeing real progress early rather than waiting for a big reveal at the end. Before we start, we'll give you a clear timeline with milestones — and because most of our clients work with us on a retainer, the launch date is usually a starting point rather than a finish line.
