Creating a new mobile app and Uplifting their existing web app.
The AnesthesiaOne team wanted to launch a new Mobile App and redesign their existing website app - creating a cross platform user experience that is enjoyable and performant.
Clinical software has to be right every time.
Dr. Sanjib Adhikary had a clear vision: put the reference and calculation tools anesthesia professionals need in their pocket.
The challenge was everything around it. Clinical calculations needed careful verification.
Guidance had to be quick to find and the product needed to remain useful in a hospital with an unreliable connection.
At the same time, an aging web platform needed a new foundation—and a partner willing to understand the clinical workflow before building.

Translate clinical into technical.
We worked directly with Dr. Adhikary to turn medical requirements into specifications, which meant asking questions until we understood the workflow behind each feature.
Design for the environment.
High-stakes settings, one-handed use, constant interruptions. The interface had to be fast and legible.
Verify the things that must not be wrong.
Calculators and clinical flows got far more review than their size on screen suggests, because that is where the risk is.

Launch was a milestone. Maintenance, improvements and analytics review continue on retainer.

Technical framing.
The platform runs on a managed relational backend with a device-side sync layer. The app holds its own working copy of the data and reconciles when it reconnects, rather than failing the moment signal drops. Modernizing the framework underneath the web app at the same time meant both surfaces shared one source of truth.
